(We did, even though we were on the 18th floor and not overlooking a street.) The next clue is in the bathroom, If sit on the toilet, you'll get wet, because the water level is so high. ![]() The first clue is the set of the ear plugs beside the bed, with a tent card explaining that you may need them to reduce the room noise. The name is the same, but the ownership is different, and that's too bad. And share their smoke and any conversations they may be having. You get to know people whether you like it or not. 7) lastly: the loungers are literally so packed together that if your arm accidentally flops off your rectangle, you'll hit your neighbour accidentally. $7beer $8wine $15 cocktails (16oz cups) 6) kids are running all over the place, and if you don't like that, you can float /drink in the tiny upstairs pool ("The Loft") or pay $15 for a lounger for a day more for a private (shaded) cabana. 2) the waterslide running through the shark tank is cool, but so fast you literally see the aquarium for 2 seconds as you speed by 3) the deck has sun exposure in different places for longer than anyone should be in the sun, lol (we were there from 11am-4pm) 4) the food at the pool is reasonable and good! 5) the drinks are priced the same as they are on the street, without specials. Thing to note: 1) the shark (& other huge fish) tank is cool. The pool has been described by many reviewers but we had a different experience. Things that made it great: clean and quiet (on the 24th floor away from Fremont St) coffee/water and daily fruit/pretzels available at elevators easy access to everything downtown a car rental agency right IN the hotel least smokey (best air filtration system?) casino with great dealers for entry level players of BlackJack and helpful security. We very much enjoyed the club level King room in the Rush tower. ![]()
